The product contains humic acids and their complexes, produced by processing Czech natural oxyhumolite with a high content of organic substances.<br>These are mixtures of sodium salts of humic acids and fulvic acids, which are characterized by excellent water solubility and extraordinary biological efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Usage:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Dyeing paper<\/strong>&nbsp;- especially packaging and cartoning. Can be applied as a dye-in-mass or as a dye-in-coat.<br>The coloured paper has high lightfastness and the complexing effect of humic acids, which improves density, closure, strength, bending and puncture resistance.<br>It improves germination and shortens the shelf life of the final products. In the finished product, the dye also acts as a moisture regulator.<br>The amount of sodium salts added to the mass during dyeing depends on the desired shade and ranges from&nbsp;<strong>2-8 hm.%<\/strong>&nbsp;(relative to the weight of air-dried paper pulp).<br>When dyeing in a layer, the consumption is approximately&nbsp;<strong>0.25 hm.%<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Drill cuttings<\/strong>&nbsp;- used in the liquefaction of clay viscous rinses or in the activation of probes from clay rinses in concentrations up to&nbsp;<strong>1 % mass.<\/strong><br>For tamponage cement mixtures, the dosage is given as&nbsp;<strong>solidification retarder<\/strong>&nbsp;to&nbsp;<strong>1 % mass<\/strong>&nbsp;up to temperature&nbsp;<strong>80 \u00b0C.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Properties and composition:<\/strong><br>The solid (scales) contains at least&nbsp;<strong>66 % of humic acids<\/strong>.<br>In aqueous solution it exhibits an alkaline reaction&nbsp;<strong>pH 10.0-11.4<\/strong>.<br>The preparation is toxicologically&nbsp;<strong>benign<\/strong>, does not harm the environment, does not endanger animals or beneficial insects (e.g. bees).<br>Due to the alkaline reaction, personal eye and skin protection equipment should be used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Standard packaging<\/strong><br>The product is supplied in bulk polypropylene bags (Big Bag) with a net weight of 1 000 kg (500 lbs). The bag is placed on a one-way, heat-treated wooden pallet and provided with a paper backing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Alternative packaging on customer's request<\/strong><br>Paper bags with PET liner weighing 25 kg net can be supplied on request.
